Kayden getting very playful and talkative these few days.

Talked so much! Talked to me, talked to his daddy, talked to his grandma, talked to my maid, talked to the ceiling light, talked to the yellow curtains, talked to the jigsaw puzzle on the wall.

Lols. He really like to talk alot. =P

Went ard to view a few units at the West side for the past few days. Got our eyes on one of the unit at Jurong West. Though its already 20 plus yrs but its condition is excellent. The layouts, the location, the size everything is just perfect. We simply love that unit.

Now trying to close it, but owner still hesitating on the price we offered. They're greedy. Their initial selling price was valuation plus another 40k cash. Now they intending to raise it again. Fuck!

Not feeling good these few days. Had a bad gastric yesterday after my morning driving lesson. Then at night, still attended another two hrs of driving lesson till 11pm despite the gastric pain I'm still having. Poor me. Bo bian. My TP's on the 28th Aug. Less than 2 weeks from now, I hve to buck up. I can't fail this test.

And now.. slight gastric pain again. Sigh...
